After months of talking about it, we've given up trying integrate Microsoft Outlook's calendar with our Android phones and have switched to Google Calendar.  It's easy to use, easy to integrate into our work-flow, and even though its part of the Google Monster, it works for us.

It's also easy to integrate into our clients' websites which is exactly what we've done on a recent school website project. When the school admin updates their calendar, it is automatically updated on the school website too, and... any parents who choose to can have the school diary dates on their own personal Google Calendar. This was suggested by some of the parents, the school were happy to do it, and we were happy to oblige!
